My Birthday Cake..

Alhamdulillah..last week sempena bday kite, kite telah berbesar hati membaking kek utk diri sendiri..huhuuu..cian erk..ni namenye kek syiok sendiri lorh...sendiri bikin utk bday sendiri dan sendiri makan lorh..hehehe...ape2 pon x kesah la erk...janji kite hepi....dan anak2 pon sukeee....heheee...
Actly mula2 tu plan nk buat chilled cheez kek (resepi CMG)..tapi bile tibe mase nk membaking something missing..huhuuu..kite nyer halagel gelatin hilang tanpa dikesan..bagai nk gile kite geledah cabinet tmpt kite simpan sume brg2 membaking..tpi x jmpe..ntoh kemana laa dia merayap erk...tension betol mase tu...nk x nk terpaksa la menerjah rumah kengkawan blogger..cari resepi cheez kek yg x gune gelatin..then, kite jmpe resepi kt umah kawan baik kite ain hassan..resepi very d very sempoi..baked cheez cake w/out gelatin..hahaha..kite suke kite sukee...dan hasilnyeee ALHAMDULILLAH...sgt superb...(buat on 29th n on 30th June bru blh mkn, sbb org kate cheez cake ni sdp mkn bile simpan lebih 4jam)..tenkiuuuu beri mashhh utk kwn kite tu..uols blh tgk resepi kt cni..
dan kt bwh ni resepi derhaka kite..ampun yer kak ain hassan..kite derhaka sket kt resepi awak tu..huhuu...

Bahan2 utk base:
200g biskut marie(hancurkan-kite blend jer sng)
80g butter(dicairkan)

method:
~biskut + butter cair =digaul sebati
~masukkan ke dlm spring form=ditekan supaya padat
~sejukkan dlm peti sejuk 10mnt

Bahan2 kek cheez
250g cream cheez(kite gne tatura)
90g gula castor
2bj telur
2sd teh jus lemon(x mo byk nti msm)
3sd besar tepung gandum(ayak)
200ml fresh cream

Method:
~panaskan oven 150C(ikut kesesuaian oven msg2ye)..
~dlm mixer..cream cheez+gula castor=pukul kembang
~then masukkan telur 1-1..pukul sebati
~masukkan tepung gandum..pukul lgi
~campo kan jus lemon..
~last..masukkan fresh cream pukul sampai kembang @ bertanduk..(high speed)..
~masukkan kedlm spring form tadi..bakar gunakan kaedah bain-marie..jgn lupe balut bwh spring form dgn aluminium foil (supaya air x masuk nti)..ttup permukaan spring form dgn aluminium foil juga (elak dr permukaan kek merekah dan over heat)..bakar 60mnt..5mnit terkhir bukak penutup aluminium foil..selepas kek masak biarkan beberapa mnt di dlm oven..dn slpas itu blh dikeluarkan dn di sejukkan dlm peti sejuk..setelah sejuk bru dihias ikut citarasa anda...
(ena tempek cheez cake ngn fresh cream dan topping blueberry)..
